Where are the memes I could use when sending Messages on iPhone?
What happened where can I find memes that used to be available when sending text messages?

Press the + button next to the text you are writing.
That should bring up options for Camera, Photos, etc.
At the bottom will be a More option; tapping that should bring up Giphy or whatever 3rd party appp you used to use to select memes.
