Unfair charge of $30 for a service I never used – refund requests denied Hello, I am really frustrated and heartbroken right now. I was charged $30 for a subscription in an app (Picsart), but I never got to use the service at all. This purchase was not intentional – it happened because of my kids, and as soon as I noticed it, I immediately submitted two refund requests to Apple. Unfortunately, both of my refund requests were denied, even though I explained everything clearly, honestly, and with full transparency. I feel this is very unfair because not only was I charged for something I did not mean to buy, but I also never received or benefited from the service. $30 may not be a lot for some people, but for me it’s everything I had at that moment. Losing it without getting anything in return feels devastating. I trusted Apple to stand by its customers in such situations, but now I feel helpless. Please, I kindly ask for reconsideration of my case. I truly hope Apple can understand my situation and issue the refund. Thank you.
