Input monitoring working in Garageband, but not Logic

Hi, I'm using an M-Track Solo by M-Audio and the input monitoring is working just fine in Garageband, but not Logic. I (seemingly) have all of the right settings selected, and the input monitoring was working just a month ago.

And no, it's not an update problem, already tried that orz

In older projects, I can hear everything that was previously recorded but if trying to overdub a track or creating a new track, i can't hear anything even though i can see the signal is being received. Input monitoring while playing the recorded track I have enabled input monitoring on the channel I'm using for vocals. The singer wants to hear some reverb (and is OK with the latency). On headphones we can hear the reverb when the track is stopped and when we are actually recording onto the track but cannot hear any reverb if I press 'play' without recording (i.e. when practising). I've tried using the reverb as an audio effect on the channel, as a send (using a bus) and I've tried sending the whole signal via a bus. None of these seem to make any difference. Can anyone help?

GarageBand 10.4.10 and Tascam US-2x2 recording input issue Hi all, I recently upgraded GarageBand to verssion 10.4.10 but I'm having issues with recording. I select input from my Sound card (Tascam US-2x2) as usual but it seems signal is not routed correctly by GarageBand. I can hear the sound if monitoring is enabled but no signal is recorded or only some glitches are recorded. I tried using Reaper with this setup and everything works fine. Tried to change sample resolution to 16bits instead of 24 (default) unsuccessfully. Everything worked fine in GarageBand until this recent update. My Mac is MacMini M1 2020.
