my finder and bin are not in my mac book after i installed mac os sonoma and the time and date are replaced on shelf and i can in top

For what it's worth: there is no Mac with Finder, it is part of the OS and can't be removed. And the bin always exists too.
If you can explain clearly what you are seeing, and where, we should be able to guide you, so you can figure out what is happening and restore a working environment.
