ITUNES.COM/BILL/ITUNES.COM/IRL in bank card statement

Hello, just saw that i got charged 16 times 11,99 Euros amount for itunes.com, I or anyone in our family don't have Apple products and someone has stolen my bank account information. Is there a possibility to find out who and is there possibility to get this money back and who can i talk about that? There isn't any purchase history in my account so my Apple account is not connected to purchases done with my card.
