It says that I have a virus on my iPhone SE 2

"It" is lying to you. Your phone does not have a virus unless you let someone use your phone for an hour or so and you also provided them with your Apple ID and Password.

The message that you see is a common scam that is trying to trick you into believing that your phone has a problem and you need to buy useless software that will do nothing to help your phone. But, it will help to line the pockets of the people selling this junk.

How do you know that this is a scam? Apple will never send a message like this.

Delete the message and any other that you might see like this. Never click on a link in a message like this.

It’s a scam. You do not have a virus. There are no known viruses in the wild that can infect an iphone that has not been jailbroken.
