apple tv app win 10 full screen problem

Hello. While watching a movie on the Apple TV Windows 10 application, when I make it full screen, a black bar appears at the top, covering a quarter of the screen. The application is in the latest version. The graphics card is in the latest version. Windows 10 is in the latest version.

And when I move the mouse while the movie is going on, the movie plays stutteringly.

Screen Glitch I played a video I bought from Apple TV, and the screen suddenly looks bent out of shape. The only way to fix this is if M move the cursor from my mouse around.
