My phone has been delivered to the wrong address after a repair. For personal security reasons I logged out of all accounts etc

can I lock/block the phone by using its IMEI number

help be greatly appreciated

No, you can't, but your carrier can "blacklist" the phone using the IMEI so it will be useless.

Contact your carrier for all the details.
