blurry background when focus on one message

when i take a screenshot of my text messages, you can read the other messages in the background. i’ve have had other people send a screenshot of a text message and the background is blurred and you cannot see other text messages but that one text.

how do i blur texts on screenshot I’m trying to blur other texts on my screenshot so it focuses on the text chosen. But my screenshot shows other conversations. How do I fix this
