Random Find My IPhone Alerts

while holding my hand in my phone, it twice went off and gave me alerts for “find my iPhone”.

happened once and then about two minutes later happened again.

has this happened with or for anyone else ?!

Do "[Device] left behind" notifications trigger Find my iPad/iPhone alerts when clicked? Hi, I had a random Find my iPad alert go off while I was home and I'm not sure what triggered it nor can I find any answers online that match my situation or anywhere to check who or what sent it. I had just gotten back from driving and I had gotten a "[iPad] has been left behind" notification on my phone during the car ride. I sat down to eat dinner then the alert went off, and now the notification on my phone is no longer there. Does clicking those device left behind notifications trigger those alerts? I've already changed my apple id password and hit sign out everywhere to be safe but I just want to know if it was just a false alarm or not. I have an iPhone 12 Pro and an iPad Pro if the models matter.

Can Random People see FindMy IPhone Alerts? I lost my IPhone by a neighbors house. They found it and contacted my mothers phone via contacts to advise they found my phone. When I went to my neighbor’s house they advised 3 other people tried to claim. My family advised it wasn’t one of them so can strangers see missing IPhone Alerts?
