I have the new Ultra 2 Apple Watch and there is once a week for 5 hours when I don’t want any calls or texts, AT ALL! I put it on “do not disturb” but some people will keep calling! Please help me with this!

Press the Side Button once and in the Control Center turn off cellular and wifi.

Without a cellular or a wifi connection how are things getting through?
I have no idea but it rings right through. My old Apple Watch stayed silent on “do not disturb” but not my new one so I wanted to try something else
