Cambridge CXNV2 not appearing in iTunes Airplay
I have a 2017 iMac running OS 13.6.3 using the Music (iTunes) app to play my music.
have a Cambridge CXNV2 network player that's both wired and wireless to the iMac.
Have been connecting via iTunes Airplay but, today, the CXNV2 is not showing up as a select-able Airplay device.
Have checked the CXNV2 and its has a good network connection both wireless and wired.
Just finished (yesterday) creating a new music library on the iMac merging two separate libraries. All music in iTunes works well. Music plays with Apple Remote App. Library appears in the Remote App.
Thought it might be Home sharing between two Apple ID's, (cause I have been using a new Apple ID for several months, and just changed the Apple ID on Home Sharing today, so made sure the Home Sharing Apple ID and the Apple Remote App were the same. They are.
Rebooted iMac, still not showing up
Issue is, why is the CXNV2 not showing up in iTune as an Airply device? How do I get it to come back?
Can anyone help?
