Iphone delivery timeline

Hey guys! I just bought a new iPhone 5 days before Xmas. This one came out this year, so only a few months ago. Is the timeline right? Will it take a week to deliver? I am in the canadian east coast area. I would like it soon because i currently have no phone to use.
