Apple Mac Mail is not showing email content - Critical Issue | Urgent Help Required

OS version: 13.5.2 (22G91)

Mail ppp version: 16.0 (3731.700.6)

There's a mail with some HTML content which is visible in GMAIL,

But the same is not being shown in apple mail client, even though in the list page the clipped mail body content is visible.

This is quite a big issue, is there any solution available ?

Mac Mail delays loading gmail content MacBook Air M1, latest Monterey OS. Lately, my Mac Mail app seems to have quite come delay synching the CONTENT (not headers) of my gmail e-mail. At times, I can see an e-mail, when I click on it, it does not show content. If I fully EXIT Mail, then restart, I usually see the content almost immediately. I also use native Apple Mail both my iPad and iPhone, and NEVER experience such a problem. Is there some setting I have not gotten right?

Apple Mail not showing the preview of the selected email in local mailboxes in Mojave, and other os have found this to be true, the preview window will not open: solution: restart, by resetting the pram: option, shift, p, r - hold down on start up. then open mail then jerk hard on the dot where preview window would open , mean very quick upward movement w mouse

Mac Mail Mac Mail using current - OS Monterey 12.5 - OS. Open mail, click on Inbox on left, select an email and click - highlighting it. BUT, the text of the message will not appear for several minutes. "Main pane" shows the heading of the email (from/to) but not the text of the email. Been happening for several months, as has the spinning pinwheel - may take 10-20 seconds for for a webpage to load. Mac is 2015 model: perhaps internals going bad with time?
