Have I put malware on my iPhone?

Hi, Whilst half asleep and using safari I clicked on what I thought was a Youtube file on a website. An apple wallet screen appeared asking me to double click. I didn't and swiped the wallet screen up to close. Since then I've been worried I may have allowed malware onto my iPhone. The phone is a 12 mini running iOS 17. It is not jailbroken. There is conflicting information either saying it is possible to allow malware on the phone or it isn't if phone not jailbroken. I've since removed all safari history and updated to latest iOS version. I've turned off iCloud backup to 'protect' a cloud backup the predates all this in case need to do factory reset but wondering if I should do this and whether its will guarantee a malware free phone?

iOS / iPadOS devices cannot be infected** with Viruses / Malware / Spyware unless you have intentionally downloaded spurious software or unauthorized apps directly from the internet and installed them on your device or/and have Jailbroken.
