It is not in keeping with their product strategy to put something out that they know is broken.
Why do you assume its broken, and that they actually know about it?
My iPhone 15 Pro Max works fine with carplay on my car. And I assume many others as well, as otherwise this forum woulds be flooded with complaints about it, and they seem to be at best sporadic like yours.
There does not appear to be any evidence that Apple knowingly put out something that is broken.
More like specific cars with specific hardware may be exhibiting some issues. But that is not something Apple can fix.
Not information from apple on it or hoe to fix. Im grateful to the community for offering help with their solutions.
What exactly is your issue? You are assuming everybody is having whatever issue you are having, but we have no idea what is happening.
If you actually explain what issue you are having, maybe someone here can help you fix it.
