OS 10.2 greyed out certain apps. Are they related to the Lawsuit?

Problem has been solved. I had certain allowed apps under Content & Privacy Restrictions on my iPhone set to off. Turned them back on and all is well. It took me a while to find this particular setting to fix the problem. Thanks for your help.

On your Apple Watch - Try and Force ReStart your Apple Watch as indicated below:
Place your watch on the charger with your iPhone nearby for 10 -15 minutes so that those apps can be made available.

Blood Oxygen, Cycle tracking (I would not use this anyway as I'm male), ECG, News, and Podcasts.
Followed your directions above. The apps have now been removed from the list of apps available when I press the Digital Crown.
