Right AirPod (gen 3) not working

Without any known damage or moisture issues, my right AirPod (gen 3) stopped working but is charging.

It just not recognized when I remove it from its case. (first pic)

Now the case isn't acting right, just noticed I can't get firmware updates in over a year and there is a bunch of wonky behavior when connecting..(2nd picture)..where the AirPod that is working shows 100% but doesn't show the right battery image...Are these really poorly made or is this just a known issue that can be easily solved?

Right airpod pro wont connect Hi just in the last week my right airpod pro wont connect when i open the lid and it shows the charging pictures it says its fully charged then when i put it in my ear the battery symbol goes away and its just a bit of plastic, the right one works fine as it should i haven't dropped it or anything to cause this. Brand new left AirPod not working. My left AirPod hasn’t worked since I took it out the box brand new. It is 100% charged and the right pod works fine. They are 2nd generation. Any ideas what I can do to get it working? Maybe I just bought a dud! :(

Left AirPod is dying inside the case. Is anyone else having problems with AirPod Gen 3s? My left AirPod could be charged at 100% just like the Right AirPod and I won’t use it, but when I go to use it it’s from 100% to 0% completely dead, and usually won’t charge unless I connect the charger wire to the case. and yes the AirPod’s are clean, yes I’ve reset them. You don’t even hear the click in your ear when touching them.
