Did the force restart thing and it still won't charge.

Te recomiendo asistir a un centro de servicios autorizado o Apple Store para que te puedan revisar de manera oportuna y correcta tu equipo y si es cubierto por garantía se te pueda tramitar la reparación.
Usa la aplicación de Soporte desde la appstore para identificar el punto de servicios mas cercano a ti.
