apple just locked my wife se6 phone
My wife phone, se3, was locked apparently by apple. They ask for her to sign in using her iCloud account and her Apple password. She no idea what her apple password is.

Apple does not just lock someone out of their phone, the phone will lock itself if the password is entered incorrectly too many times.
