Can I use this Apple ID for another IPhone

You can us the same Apple ID for as many as 10 devices, a maximum of 5 of which can be computers.

Do note however, all data, messages, calls and files photos etc... will get merged between the devices.

Unless both iPhones are used by the same person, and the merging of data is not an issue, then this is not recommended.

Each person should have their own Apple ID, logged in to their own devices.
