Lost my apple email address password
I cannot access my emails on my PC, however I can access the emails on my Ipad.

You can not access emails in PC as Apple ID is not signed , however you can access mails in iPad as Apple ID is signed in the iPad , however you have forgotten the Apple ID password reset it with all account credentials from iPad If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
After resetting the password sign in with account credentials in pc Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support
