Prioritize calls over apps

I have the 15 pro. How can I set the calls to be a priority if I am in an app or playing a game on my phone. The person who called was in my contacts so shouldn’t have been sent to voicemail

How do I avoid calls from certain contacts on iPhone? My objective is to avoid calls from certain contacts other than blocking them (more than likely they’ll just use another phone to try to call) or using airplane mode, DND or focus since those would apply for all other calls.
