How do I thank the support folks

Today I got into a chat with Apple Support. I went to level 5 before it was resolved. In the end it was such a dumb error I can understand how the first 4 missed it.


To Destiny B of NC (5th level support), my hat is off to you. You helped this old global troubleshooter solve one of the few problems I needed support on.


To Mandy, Ana, an unknown guy, and an unknown girl, you were all professionals, and we tried a lot of things, but it was Destiny B of NC who got it.


If anyone knows how to bring this to the attention of the support management, I would appreciate it.

We don’t know the Apple Advisors personally. We appreciate you sharing your positive experience with Apple Support. It was likely marked as resolved by the person who helped you. They are indeed very helpful. I call when I need help @ 1-800-MY-APPLE It’s easy just to ask Siri to call and they answer right away and get in touch with the appropriate Advisor. This number is for N.America.
