How do I thank the support folks
Today I got into a chat with Apple Support. I went to level 5 before it was resolved. In the end it was such a dumb error I can understand how the first 4 missed it.
To Destiny B of NC (5th level support), my hat is off to you. You helped this old global troubleshooter solve one of the few problems I needed support on.
To Mandy, Ana, an unknown guy, and an unknown girl, you were all professionals, and we tried a lot of things, but it was Destiny B of NC who got it.
If anyone knows how to bring this to the attention of the support management, I would appreciate it.
