How come my iPad is not showing that my iPad is up to date when 17.2.1 is available

my iPad is saying it’s up to date at 17.2, when there is a update to 17.2.1

The 17.2.1 update is only for iPhone (iOS), not iPad (iPadOS).

The 17.2.1 update is only for iPhone (iOS), not iPad (iPadOS).
