iPhone speaker getting quieter

Why does my iPhone speaker decrease in volume when I’m on a call and have it on speaker phone, and then open my camera? It also has the same issue when I am playing music and open my camera or tap my phone screen.

Phone Call Speaker quiet after updating to IOS 17 Since updating to IOS 17 the volume of phone calls coming through the top speaker is very low. All other sounds are as normal such as alarms and switching to load speaker. multiple resets and restarts have not fixed this issue. Iphone 11 Pro
