Is there a way to delete forever an app from Apple Store Connect?

Is there a way to delete forever an app from Apple Store Connect? I already removed the app, but it still appears in "removed apps" in Apple Store Connect.

I want to delete it for good.

You’d have to ask Apple store Connect support. AFAIK, no, but I’ve never tried this. Let us know what they tell you.
