Create IMO app to support cellular watch

Dear Apple team

Purchased the apple watch ultra 2 because during my regular walk and exercise can be reachable to friends and family and not to carry iphone 15 promax during walking and running.

Have been gone through many messages and comment but no positive response from apple for iwatch to solve the customer issue.

Requesting you to provide and app in cellular apple watch to fetch the IMO calls services.
