I have unchecked the random zooming and I find it still zooms in and out randomly.
I'm trying to even figure out what action is making this happen and I'm having no luck.
It seems to have something to do with your fingers moving in a circle??
I hope the zoom option is removed, it is very aggravating.

Okay. Make sure "Smart zoom" is turned off in System Preferences > Mouse > Point & Click & "Use scroll gesture with modifier keys to zoom:" in System Preferences > Accessibility > Zoom.

There's more than one way to zoom on a Mac. Which version of macOS are you running?
Try booting into Safe Mode then restart normally. Sometimes that will fix anomalies.
You're welcome. You can also try creating a new user and see if it has the same issue.
