Why won't Siri answer my questions?

Every time I ask a question I don’t get anything other then they say they can search the web but then don’t or if they do they won’t read me what it brings up for potential answers please help I’m losing my patience!!

If Siri returns search hits they are for you to read, not for Siri to read to you.
