What can I do if I forgot my Apple ID and my password if I haven't used my phone in a long time?

To attempt to find your Apple ID email, Apple provides this Support Article:
If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support
Since most users only have a limited number of email addresses that they would use for the Apple ID, you may be able to sign into your email provider online for alternate email addresses or past emails showing the Apple ID used.

If you have the original receipt from Apple showing your name and serial number of the device, you can provide that information to Apple using this support article to remove the activation lock.
