Unable to delete Zoho invoice app from my iPhone

I have an iPhone 14 pro Verizon service and I just heard zoho was cyberattacked/hacked and I need to delete the app from my phone and can't!

Unknown app on iPhone 15 Pro Max, how to delete? While checking apps on my iPhone 15 Pro Max IOS 26.3 (phone says its up to date), I noticed an app on my phone that I never downloaded. I am in the United States and the app name is Baurechner. I have checked all of my app purchases to make sure I didn't accidentally download the app and It was not listed in my application list via app store or online. So I searched for the app in the app store and it doesn't even show up as an app. I have no idea where it came from or if its malicious. I want to get rid of it but I don't know how because It is not even in my settings at all. Anyone else have any idea how this may have happened? Do I need to change my apple ID password? How can I delete it? Thanks in advance.

What happens when you try to delete the app? Explain exactly the steps you're taking to delete it.
