Focus driving issue with auto message

Since my last update my iPhone SE will not allow me to send an auto text Message while driving.

I have Focus>Driving>on with a message Tyoed in, but it will not send automatically. What am I doing wrong?

iPhone 13, iOS 17

i can't get it to send out the message that I'm driving what am i doing wrong i have set up driving on the focus but it will not sent out the message when i get a txt

SMS Auto-reply issue for all focus modes on iPhone you have auto-reply for driving but not other focus modes???? Now why ? , do you not care to protect your customers against phishing or unwanted messages? [Edited by Moderator]
