Activation Lock on iPad (9th gen.)

Original Phone was disconnected at an iPad(9th generation) several months ago. A major problem is ‘didn’t write down a password’.

1) currently that iPad(9th generation) shows “iPad locked to owner

Activation lock prevents anyone who is not the owner from using this iPad.

to unlock this iPad, enter the Apple ID and password that were used during setup. ……@gmail.com …”.

So tried but it showed “Apple ID Disabled… reset your password at applied.apple.com…. ”

2) using another device, tried ‘accounts.google.com’ and it showed:

“Account recovery

To help keep your account safe, Google wants to make sure it’s really you trying to sign in

……….@gmail.com

Get a verification code

To get a verification code, first confirm the recovery email address you added to your account •••••••••@ic••••.com. “

So added that ….@ic…com which belongs to that iPad, but also failed.

3) thanks to some suggestions at how to unlock ipad locked to owner - Apple Community, but still can’t login.
