I received a message about billing problem for my Apple Care plan. Can you help?

I updated my payment method but I keep getting emails that my AppleCare has a billing problem.

I have tried changing my payment info for Apple Care several times I keep getting email messages that there is a billing problem with Apple Care for my MacBook Air. i have followed the instructions and thought I had changed my payment info. The problem was an expired card that I updated. However, there still seems to be a problem. Please help!
