Locked out of iPhone.

I read the advice to place device in recovery mode. How is this possible if the phone is locked? Hook up to a computer to restore to factory settings OR erase all content. How can this be done if the phone inaccessible? Make sure you have a backup first. -What if the device is locked out?

It's too late to make a backup, so hopefully you already have one.

If this looks intimidating, take the phone to an authorized Apple Service shop and they can help. You can find a list of authorized shops in your area by using this link:
