iPhone 15 Pro Max will not work on USB-C to HDMI cable on my smart TV. My I 15 pro works no problem and when I plug in my promax nothing comes through what’s going on?

iPhone 15.Using a USB-C to HDMI cable to my smart TV. I have no issues with my Iphone 15 pro but when I hook up my iPhone 15 Pro Max it will not work.

Apple HDMI adapter works with iPad great, but lightening HDMI adapter doesn’t work with iPhone. Devices running latest iOS software. Apple HDMI to USB-C adapter to my iPad 10 works great for screen mirroring to TV. My Apple HDMI to lightening for my iPhone 13 yields nothing but a black screen on the TV. Any ideas?
