Create Shortcut /URL scheme to perform speech controller actions (speak screen) in iOS

So, I've finally figured out how to create shortcuts using URL schemes, and I I'm convinced there must be a way to write one that will perform the action to Expand Speech Controller > Read all Content > Speak on Touch.

Basically, if I'm having Speak Screen read a kindle ebook for example, it will flip pages and continue reading happily until something interrupts it, like my alarm goes off, or I accidentally turn my phone on the side and the screen orientation changes etc - then it stops speaking. Often I'm working and have messy hands or am far from my phone but wearing airpods.

I want to be able to use siri to then perform a shortcut that would start it speaking again, AND keep turning pages. BUT even using the speech controller physically to press "play" at that point it would read to the end of the page then stop, so even physically I'd need to press the pointer hand twice, THEN press play (read all content).

From what I can gather, the action would need to be:

EXPAND SPEECH CONTROLLER > DOUBLE TAP > LONG PRESS

*If I haven't called those the right thing, I mean I want it to PRESS ARROW to expand speech controller > PRESS HAND ICON TWICE to re-highlight all text on page which allows it to auto turn the page > PRESS PLAY to start speak screen and speak the selection).

So I worked out with the new URL schemes I can easily get one to open speech controller in settings, and tap those actions but that's already permanently on for me, but I want to work out a way to write one that will simply interact with the controller that's always present (pictured below).

Can anyone help with this?
