I have bought my MacBook Air 2020 512gb model just a few months (4 months) back and now as we see my batter health is 95% for only 38 charging cycles...... what should I have to do if my laptop is not under the warranty.....

You should do nothing. Battery health drops with battery usage, this is normal battery behavior. Sometimes it will drop faster than other times, but your battery is not broken. If the battery health drops below 80%then you will need to start worrying about a replacement. For now, there is nothing going on and don't micromanage your battery, this is not nessecary
