Can my watch be paired to a second iPhone?

I have an iPhone for work and an iPhone for personal use. Can I pair my iPhone to each one?

You can have multiple Apple Watches paired to a single iPhone BUT you cannot have a single Apple Watch paired to multiple iPhones.

In short, the answer to your question is a NO.
