Headphones not working

Hello.

I bought the product powerbeat pro headphones.

A year and a week ago. I was in Utah at the best buy store.

They were very expensive but now they stopped working at all when plugged into a socket nothing turns on.

and headphones don't work,

how can you help me I know responsibility is sleep. But it's only been a year and a week. And it stopped working

Expecting a professional response from Kametz, once again they were very expensive. I would expect it to work for more than a year

What I mean is if this issue is determined to be caused by the user and not due to a manufacturing defect. Regardless, only an Apple Technician can determine if it is due to the latter. This is where the one-year hardware warranty would be applied.

Regarding my problem. It's a charger at all. Even the LED of the box does not light up. No charging at all.

Whether it's the headphones themselves, or the power adapter you are using (I'm assuming that it is an Apple product), they are both covered by that one-year warranty.

And again a one year warranty and this happened after a year and a week. You can say it's still a year. If it had been two years then I wouldn't have asked anymore.

A "one" year warranty is exactly that. It's valid for one year from the date of purchase. Not one year plus some time. Whether that's a week or a minute. You are not talking directly to Apple here. We are just fellow Apple-product users. We don't control, or can change, Apple's warranty, and are bound to it as well.

If you feel that you have a case that you believe that this issue is a manufacturing defect, you can take it up with Apple directly. To do so, simply select the "Support" link on the lower left-hand side of this forum's web page.

One other thing to note, it appears from your post that you purchased these headphone in the United States. If you are no longer in the U.S., then (even if the warranty is still valid) would have to have these headphones serviced in the U.S., as Apple does not provide for International warranties. Good luck!

Yes, they should work more than a year. It would depend on how you used them.

If this issue is a manufacturing defect, then it would be an "out-of-warranty" repair since that warranty is only good for one year of the purchase date. However, if you elected to get an AppleCare+ plan when you purchased your Beats, it would extend the warranty period one additional year.

What do you mean depends on how to use? It's headphones not a computer. Charge them and use them like headphones. No other use. Regarding my problem. It's a charger at all. Even the LED of the box does not light up. No charging at all. I'm not talking about a time that is not enough for many hours, I'm talking about a time that stopped working at all. I did not expect that for such an amount this product would not be of high quality and there is no answer to that. And again a one year warranty and this happened after a year and a week. You can say it's still a year. If it had been two years then I wouldn't have asked anymore.
