If you mean AirPods Pro then the charging case should work with a MagSafe Charger, Apple Watch charger, QI-certified chargers or a USB charger.
The charging case for the AirPods is (as far as I know) USB voltage (which is 5 volts). If you mean "is the charger dual voltage", meaning the bit that plugs into a wall outlet, then look at the label on its casing. It should tell you.
Have the AirPods Pro charged up in the past? Have you checked that whichever method you're using to charge them (wall outlet to USB, MagSafe etc.) is working correctly?
I will ask our hosts to move this discussion to the AirPods community, where you should find people who know more about them.
Can you clarify whether you mean AirPods or iPods? It's quite important.
Yes! AirPods!! (Did I say iPod? Oh geez. 🤦♀️
