I have an account through T-Mobile but cannot connect to Apple TV
I have Apple TV+ through my T-Mobile USA plan (according to T-Mobile) as of March of 2023. I went through T-Mobile activation process (in May 2023) whereas I was transferred to Apple's website to enter my Apple ID. Once entered, I received activation confirmation and a button that says "Start Streaming." Once I press the button to start streaming, there is a pop up that Apple wants to verify my phone #. After entering my phone #, Apple never sends me a text message or email with a code to verify my account. I have been calling Support for the past couple of months and still there is no resolution. I only get a repetitive weekly email stating that the engineers are still working on it. I'm not understanding how a trillion dollar company has engineers that are having issues correcting why a text message cannot be sent. Is anyone experiencing the same?
