What on earth are you basing this statement on? In the Sonoma MacOS, there is a setting in System Settings-->Privacy and Security in the Security section that allows you to install apps ONLY from the Mac App store OR from the Mac App Store and identified developers.

This is not true. Millions of people download games from the Internet.

Why are you resisting providing the information asked for? Please provide details of your issue and the context.
