Smart Watch Sensors and Sin Cancer

I recently upgraded my Apple Watch SE to newest model — one month ago. Two weeks ago I found a nodule in my wrist where my watch is worn. I had nodule removed a couple days ago. I’m searching to see if there others have this issue. I love my Apple Watch but don’t love it if it causes skin cancer in others.

Skin Irritation under apple watch After many years of wearing an appl watch 6 and now Apple Watch Ultra 1 started feeling a burning irritation under the skin. Switched arms started feeling the same. Turned of Wrist TEMP setting and seems to be less prominent now. Definitely something has changed in the sensor software this year.
