iTunes has stopped reading CD data for downloading purposes! After loading CD into desktop, all that shows up on iTunes is:
Missing are:
Album Title
Album Artist
Track Titles
Album Category
Don't know if this has been caused by an issue I had yesterday (track listings out of sequence), which was resolved
Any ideas please?

Check that the retrieve track names option is still on. Look on iTunes' top bar menu option Edit/Preferences/General>When you insert a CD: > Automatically retrieve track names from the Internet. There should be a tick (checkmark) in the box:
If it's not that, make sure that iTunes is allowed access to the internet.

Many thanks for the suggestion. I had already noted that check box. However, after clicking on several headings, my problem got fixed. My only concern is that I don't know how I did it!!! I guess I'll wait til the next time.
