Difference between MacBook Pro Microphone and Automatic (MacBook Pro Microphone)

Hello Everyone, I have a question about microphone, I am using MacBook Pro M2 Sonoma 14.2.1

I am getting 2 options for dictation MacBook Pro Microphone and Automatic (MacBook Pro Microphone)

Can anyone please tell me the difference between both?

I am trying to use my voice to write big emails instead of my keyboard

microphone Problem OS 13.1 My speech to dictation is not working since OS 13.1 and on 13.0.1 it was really glitchy. in the previous OSs it was about 80% accurate and in 13.0.1 it was about 40% accurate. Now it is not working at all. When I look for help on line all I see are setting for earlier OSs. Are other people having the same problems? Can someone list the settings necessary for OS 13.1 dictation in all apps?

does mac mini have built in microphone I have a mac mini with a samsung monitor. Do I need to buy an external microphone for zoom calls etc?
