Sync Outlook contacts between 2 computers

I have two MacBooks, one I use as a desktop and one a MacBook Air I use as my laptop. I'm running the desktop version of Outlook for Mac, each version 16.8. I have contact lists on each that are not syncing and I'm wondering if there is a way to either sync or export so I don't have to recreate long contact lists.

I want to sync my iClod Contacts with my personal Outlook account 365 (on a MAC). So, if I add a contact, or edit it, using Contacts App on iPhone, it will be reflected on the client Outlook 365 for MAC, and if I add a contact, or edit it, on Outlook 365 for MAC, it will be reflected on Contacts iCloud. Unable to merge contact lists on iPhone When I first got my iPhone I didn't know what I was doing, and my contact list was called SDC. It's not an iCloud acct, it was an old POP email account, but it is now a MS Exchange email account. Now that I am using iCould to sync everything, I can't find any way to send over the SDC contacts list to my Mac. What I really want is to merge them all into my iCloud contacts list, so every thing will be synced automatically. Can anyone tell me how I can efficiently export or merge a contact list not on iCloud? p.s. Because that email account is now an exchange instead of a POP , I cannot seem to renter it for Apple's Mail account (which I had to redownload as I deleted it once I switched to MS Exchange. Sync Contacts on iMac and MacBook Air Following the procedure at Sync contacts and calendars onto your Mac and iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support I have successfully sync'ed my iMac (Ventura) and iPhone 6s. But the instructions there do not seem compatible with a MacBook Air. Am I wrong? Or is there another way to sync a MacBook Air? Thank you.
