Deleting photos
I deleted a photo from my camera roll and recently deleted is there any way I can get it back

When you delete a photo from Recently Deleted it will be permanently deleted. Recently Deleted is the only safety copy offered by Photos to recover accidentally deleted photos. Then you need to use your backups to recover the the deleted photos. If you have a backup from the time, when the photo has sill been on your iPhone, you can recover it by restoring the iPhone from the backup. Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
One caveat - if you are using iCloud Photos, the iCloud backup will not include the photos. In that case you need a backup you made n a computer.
