Set up face id just keeps rotating ???

iPhone 13 Mini 17.1.2 Attempting to activate setup and the rotating character just keeps rotating with no respo0nse or further instruction??

Face id doesn't work Face ID doesn't work on iPhone 13 mini after update 17.3, although my friends have everything working on iPhones 12 and 13. The phone did not fall, the camera is clean , the face registers , but when trying to unlock the phone , only the sound of vibration is heard and no more , when will 17.4 be released?

cannot set up face ID on apple iphone 13 - all I get is the frame to center face in and directions to move phone higher and lower - I did have facial recognition and it stopped working and now can't reset what is going on with face ID - it was working then stopped. Now I cannot get it to reset up - all I get is the frame to center face and directions to move camera up/down until I am out of the frame. Never get the circles. Is face ID down?
